A new detail in my living room

This ideas has been in

my mind for a while...

I didn't like to see the

mess created by dvd player,

dvds and stuff like that,

so I've tried to hide them.

For the dvd players I've used

two white baskets, and

for hiding the dvds I've

sewed this little curtain.

Avevo in mente quest'idea

da un po' ormai...

Non mi piace vedere la confusione

creata dal lettore dvd, dai dvd

e da altre cose del genere,

quindi ho pensato bene di

nasconderli.

Per il lettore dvd sono bastati

2 cestini bianchi, mentre

per nascondere i dvd

ho cucito questa piccola tendina.

I really cannot stand

the different colours of dvds!

So I've used some neutral textiles

to sew a curtain that is

coordinated with the colours

of the room. 

Proprio non potevo sopportare

tutti i colori dei dvd, un pugno in un occhio!

Quindi ho usato dei tessuti che

si coordinassero con i colori

della stanza per cucire la tendina.

I've made some ruffles in white cotton

and used a grey linen for the rest!

Ho fatto alcune balze con del cotone bianco

ed ho usato del lino grigio per il resto!

Now it's much more better, I think!

I love them!)

little secret: I haven't used nails

and hammer to hang on the curtain...

Yes! I've used an extendable

curtain rod!

So I haven't "ruined" the sideboard

and if in the future

the curtain will upset me,

I will just hang it down

without thinkg about

the holes left by the nails!

Sì, ho usato un bastone per tende

estensibile! Così non ho

"rovinato" il mobile e,

se in futuro mi dovessi stancare

della tenda, la potrò semplicemente

togliere senza pensare ai buchi

lasciati dai chiodini!
